Sinus RHYTHM REFERS TO ReGULARITY OF BEATS, ARISING FROM,NORMAL SINUS NODE,WHICH IS THE SITE FOR HEART RATE INITIAION AND IT CONTROLS HEART BEATING RATE. left atrial abnormality---- Here THE TYPE OF ABNORMALITY IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE REPORT.ITS OFTEN THE Lt atrial chamber enlargement and can be made out by ECG. s1 s2 s3 pattern .refers - suspicion for blood clot lodgement in pulmonary artery(this transsfer blood to lungs for oxygenation) so plz check for SHORTNESS OF BREATH/CHEST PAIN/BLOOD IN SPUTUM.IF SO PLZ CONSULT NEAR BY PHYSICIAN/CARDIOLOGIST immediatly. incomplete right bundle branch block--- DONOT WORRY ABOUT THIS,UNLESS U HAVE PRIOR MENTIONED SYMPTOMS , IN MANY INDIVIDUALS IT IS NORMAL ECG VARIATION,I SUGGEST TO DISCUSS ONCE WITH PHYSICIAN/CARDIOLOGIST.
