Can Ringing In The Ear Fixed Or Treated After Injury?
Hi, 2 days ago I was hit on the ear. Everytime I hold my nose close and try to breathe like I'm unpopping my ear, air come out of my left ear. Right now, all I hear is ringing in that ear. Is there anyway to fix this without seeing a doctor personally?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ringing in ears after injury which can occur due to the injury to middle ear or eardrum which leads to permanent/ temporary loss of hearing depending upon the severity of injury . These kind of injuries are known as acoustic trauma. Injuries that leads to temporary hearing loss is called temporary shifting of threshold accompanied by ringing bells in ear also known as tinnitus. Need not to worry. Avoid touching or pricking ear with any sharp object. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and rule out permanent damage. Doctor may order audiometry test and may prescribe steroid drugs or multivitamin supplements for quick healing. Fo now do oil massage behind ear which will help in improving hearing .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
