i was curious about what my blood sugar was when i get shakey and it is 182 is that okay or normal just recently found out that my boyfriend is diabetic and was kinda concerned that i may have some blood sugar issues due to a family history and i tend to get shaky and dizzy sometimes
182 random sugars is ok . however in view of your dizziness and family history it is advisable to do an oral glucose tolerance test and HbA1c ( glycated haemoglobin ) .This will tell you if you have arisk of developing diabetes . Also get your ears checked by your doctor .Anyways attempt to imrove your lifestyle in terms of healthy calorie conscious eating habits and regular daily exercise schedule .
