Can Root Canal Procedure Cause Nose Bleeding?

It has been 2 days since my root canal and i have had a nose bleed yesterday and today. During my root canal I felt a severe burning sensation through my nose to my throat. I never had nose bleeds before this. Could my root canal procedure have caused this?

Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding connection between root canal treatment and nose bleed.

Unfortunately you have developed nose bleed after root canal treatment but these two are different conditions except if there is any drug which had develop thrombocytopenia (decrease in platelet count) as seen some times with analgesics

As far as if there is any technical problem that can be answered only after examining the patient.

Regards.
