Can Salmonella Infection Be Contracted By Handling Trash?
Can you get salmonella by cleaning up trash? Old tin cans, glass some with food? I wore gloves. I woke up in the night sick, very ill , severe stomach cramps and I still do not feel good and still sick to my stomach. Also low fever. 12 to 16 hours prior that is what I was doing.

Salmonellosis is taken from contaminated food and water.But however if the hands are contaminated it is possible too.Or this might be a simple viral situation and no worries about.
