Can Septate Uterus Surgery Be Done While Having UTI?

Hi.am female 33 years.i have a septate uterus.complete uterine septum.and i will remove the septum via a surgical hysteroscopy.but in my urine analysis noted pus cells 15-18 HPF and RBC 1-2 I want to know can i do my septum removal now or i have to take some medicines to reduce the pus cells before i do the surgery..?

No, surgery is not advisable during UTI. First, get UTI treated and then undergo surgery.
Advice
Advice
1.     Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily per oral for 7 days
2.     Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 1 week
3.     Drink plenty of water to flush out bacteria
4.     Drink cranberry juice
5.     Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel
6.     Communicate with your surgeon and discuss about your problem
7.     Investigations – routine examination of urine, culture & sensitivity of urine
Besides above tests, get all necessary pre-operative tests done such as
a.     BT/CT
b.     Hb%
c.     CBC, X – ray chest Pa view, ECG, USG abdomen & pelvis etc
