severe LV Dysfuntion 20 whether it can be cured how ? patient age: 63 , Gender: Male Dignose: 1. Type 2 Diabetes Melitus 2. Systemic Hypertension 3. Old Anteroseptal MI(2004) 4. Recent Inferior WALL MI(Dec.2010) 5. Old CVA (IN 2002 Recovered) 6. Severe LV Dysfunction (LVEF20%) 7. Lower Respiratory Tract Infection(Recovered) Whether it can cured by medicine permanently.

Hi: I am able to understand your situation and you have too many medical problems. Since you had two MI, Your LVEF is low and there are so many medicines which can improve your LVEF, but you should also have your Diabetes and HT under control. We do have medicine to control and improve your heart functions. I am sure your cardiologist would have helped you in this aspect
