Can Severe Anger Cause Dizziness?

I m generally a well-balanced person with a positive outlook. Last Thursday evening, however, I became really really mad with another person like I have never been before and stayed really really mad for approximately 6-8 hours. Their stupidity was causing me time and money (due to lost time at job) which I had neither of. I went to sleep, dreamt my head was spinning. When I woke up and sat upright in bed I was instantly dizzy like I have never been before. Can anger cause dizziness? And how best to get rid of dizziness? And, no, I am no longer angry, but dizziness still when tilting my head back to shower and gargle.
