Can Severe Imbalance Be Caused Due To Removal Of Cataract?

I have quite a severe imbalance, not sure of the cause. I have had a cataract removed and had to go on cornea transplant because of Fuchs Dystrophy. My other eye has a cataract as well. I also have bronchectesis caused by TB I had many years ago. At the moment the imbalance is a problem, no one seems to be of any help. What are your suggestions?
