I am a Srilankan 69 years of age one time a sportsmen but not much of physical activity at present only walking minimum about 1 mile a day living in a Tropical country under India. Doctor I have been using this Eptoion 100 Mg tablet for last 4 years continuously in the night as per our county s best Neurologist. As for his advise I do take Vitamins as under Polibion, PrimE -1000 Primrose oil I think this too contains Vitamin E. Evion E 200 Capsules which too contains Vitamin E all to gather three types of Vitamins all this Vitamins also taken after Dinner with my Eption 100 MG tablet during just before night sleep. I like to mention I enjoy a good night sleep. Only I get up in the night if I do want to go to the Toilet for emptying my bolder.The problem developed after I had a unexpected fall and I hit my head on the ground which was a serious blow on to my head with no bleeding please note although this fall I did not loose my conscious. Thereafter 30 to 45 days later I was feeling that my left side of the body including hand and the leg was not normal and a unusual weakness. I went for medical advise for my above symptoms to one of the best hospitals in Srilanka. On the advise of the best medical staff available in that hospital with all Diagnostic tests I had to undergo a Brain operation which they later informed me that the result of the fall and the blow to the head I have had a blood clots had caused the above symptoms.I was in hospital for three months from the first operation was not released later they performed two more operations and corrected by removing all my remaining blood clots from my brain.After discharging from the hospital for more than 90 days in hospital care. I was advised by the specialist Physician to take above tablets and consult them every three months for one year.I followed their insurrections as advised. For last 4 years I have not visited the specialist consultant nor to a Doctor as I was OK.Present problem of mine is I feel sleepy and fall a sleep when I am seated and traveling by Public transport or on normal Vehicles.I do eat good food tested for fasting blood sugar 12 hours which was normal 113 accordingly. When I was released from the hospital I was given few things not to do (1) Not have long conversations over the Telephones and not to ride Motor Cycles avoid unnecessary arguments unwanted stress. Doctor now under is my Question what I want you to give me your expert advice.1) Is it good to have Sex as I am hoping to get a female partner for my biological requirements.Ronald De Silva.
