Suggest Remedies For Sever Sinus Infection And Bloody Nasal Discharge
My sinus s have been horrible to the point where it is almost impossible to get any of it out of my nose and into a tissue. If I sniff up and cough it out, I get a lot of nasty stuff... like my sinus s and blood..and blood clot looking stuff.. I went to my doctor and he gave me antibiotics but I m still soo stuffy... usually sinus infections run and run out of the nose... what should I do?
The symptoms that you are facing can be due to Sinus infection. You can once get a sinus CT SCAN done for confirmation. For now continue with the Antibiotics as advised by the Physician and along with it take decongestant nasal spray like Otrivin that will ease in nasal drainage. Do steam inhalation. Take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen. Drink plenty of warm fluids and warm water. Avoid air conditioned atmosphere and cold foods.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
