hi my name is Rafael a few years ago I had a treatment for enlarged prostate I was given the treatment that was refered to as micro wave treatment extreamheat was used and my urologist told me I would never discharged or come again it happen as he said it would when I had sex I would feel the sensation of the sex act but no discharged this went on for a few years and then I discovered that I was suffering from erectile dysfunction then the feeling or sex sensation like when I felt the discharged stop gradualy now I don t feel anything at all I can perform as lon g as I want and can never feel the final feeling odof the sex act can this be treated?
