Does TURP Procedure Cause Infertility And Sexual Dysfunction?

My urologist wants to do a TURP procedure on me for enlarged prostate B pH. I understand that it may have fertility and normal sexual function consequences. I may want to have a normal sexual relationship in order to have children at some point in the future. Should I decline the TURP procedure on those grounds?

no ..these r nt the risk factors of turp. its a very safe n short procedure. n will improve ur quality of living and wont affect ur sex life
