Can Shingles Affect The Liver Functionality And BP Levels?

I am 83 yrs old and 3 yrs ago I had the shingles vaccine. Then last Sept I got the shingles with a very mild rash. I am right handed and it affected my right side. I still have pain in my Rt. arm and shoulder and my liver enzymes are elevated. Had a liver scan with some liver damage and I, also, have high blood pressure. My BP used to always be low and I drink very little alcohol. Could the liver damage and high BP be due to the shingles?
