Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had my period for only 3 days and it normally lasts 7 days. After 2 days, I started experiencing light pink discharge, and the next day I had brown discharge. Is it possible I could get pregnant after my period? Was that even my period? I did try to conceive before my period! I have been experiencing really bad headaches and cramps but the cramps were not very severe or in very bad pain. When I get a headache I feel like I am about to vomit. I am not sure! Please help!
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. Delay in periods in a person who is sexually active and anxious to conceive could be due to pregnancy. Well, some of the symptoms you are experiencing could also relate to pregnancy. Hence, get your urine tested for pregnancy. Then you can confirm it by means of trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) to know the status. Later, you may consult Gynecologist for opinion and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
