Can Shrinkage In Spine Be Corrected?

I have lost several inches in my height due to sleeping in a recliner for 2 years and in addition I carried a bag on my shoulder with a ton of paperwork - very heavy.... to and from work. I believe it compressed my spine so that I lost a few inches in height. Is there a posture support or corrective brace that I can start wearing to straighten me back up.... increase my height . I don’t walk bent over but I do see that I don’t stand as straight as I should.. I really have to concentrate to do it. I also gained 30 pounds so that doesn’t help. I have an inversion table but I would also like to wear something that would correct my posture. Also - I am not carrying the bag any more and I sleep in a king size therapeutic bed. In other words, will I ever be able to get my few inches back??
