Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having sever syncopal episodes that are incapacitating me. I am on several meds that dizziness is a side effect all of which I have been on for years and none of which I ve taken today. I am a RN so I can talk medically speaking. I have had the tilt test, been checked for Meinere s syndrome.
I would suggest you do a heart check out by doing an ECG and a heart ultrasound. Probably heart disease can cause sudden syncope. Also you should check your blood sugar fasting and post prandial.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
