For 1 month I have had a stuffy nose, ache between shoulder blades, regular slight swelling at sides of neck, occasional light fever / inflammation over collar bones and generally feel tired.X rays show no problem. I was treated for sinusitis 3 months ago.Could it be ongoing sinus problem ?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have on going sinus problem along with stuffy nose, achy shoulder blades and occasional fever which is due to infection in sinuses. Need not to panic about it. Do warm saline gargles. Sip on luke warm water. Hot milk with a pinch of turmeric boiled with it at bed time for 2-3 days. Take muscle relaxants. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays, antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Maintain oral hygiene. Take proper course of antibiotics. Get blood tests done if required.
