Can Sinus Issue Cause Elevated Uric Acid Levels In Urine?

I have right chest pain since 3 days. I am 50y male. Consulted internist doctor who had done testing and found uric acid is more which 6.4 and doctor also said gastric problem too slightly. He game me medicine for both yesterday evening and i took 02 dosse but pain didnt reduce. Usually i have sinus problem too. Is it connected to sinus or uric acid? Please help me.

I understand your concern
Normal level of uric acid in the urine: 250 to 750 mg per 24 hours
Normal blood level of uric acid: 3.4-7.0 mg/dl
So I think it is blood level 6.4 which is normal in range.
And also compared to urine level it is normal.

So i do not think it is not elevated uric acid both in urine and blood.
There is no relation between high uric acid and sinus problem.Gastric problem cause chest pain:
Take esmoprzole 30 minutes before meal.
Take syrup mucaine.
Avoid spicy food and take BRAT diet (Banana, rice, applesauce and toast)
For sinus problem:
Take antibiotic, antihistamine and anti congested.
Take anticongested nasal drop.
