Can Sinus Problems Extend To Neck Muscle Pain?

i have had neck pain for about 3-4 weeks. I thought it was he way I slept but it wont go away and gets progressively worse. It gets slightly better with ibuprofen, heat or muscle cream. Ive observed slight relief when my sinuses get decongested. Could sinus problems extend to neck muscle?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pain in the neck has nothing to do with the sinus infection. This can be because of the spasm of the muscles of the neck (torticolis). Nothing to be panic, consult a general physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can continue to use ibuprofen along with a muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone. Give hot fomentation over the muscle.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
