Can Skipping Warfarin For DVT Cause Urine Retention?
I have just been diagnosed with urine retention in the kidney.I also feel numb and uncomfortable in half of my face/head.I v had dvt in the past and currently on warfarin tablets.I often skip some of the doses.could this be a factor for the issue at hand?

Hi,
Your problem in urinary retention is not due to skipping of warfarin. It can be due to some problem in your urinary tract. You should go for Ultrasound abdomen and urine routine examination. Then plan treatment accordingly.
