I smoke cigarettes on a semi regular basis. Days I work I may smoke 7. Days im.off I may smoke 1 or 2. Over the weekend, I smoked excessively. After the weekend, I have had no cigarettes at all. And plan to not have any more at all. I have been experiencing minor pain in the left side of mychest since the excessive smoking. I have read that this could be inflammation from the excessive tobacco intake and or side effects from stopping suddenly. It seems as if the pain has lessened each day but it is still a discomfort. Any suggestions on what it could be?
