Could Prolonged Periods With Burning Smell And Weird Senstation At The Head Of Crown With Tenderness Be Related?

Aproximately three times this year i have had prolonged periods where I smell burning/ like cigarette smoke. its everywhere i go. about six months ago i went to my G.P with a weird sensation/discomfort at the crown of my head, which is tender to the touch. i didnt mention the smell as the symptoms were not simultaneous. I am worried now

Hi,

These symptoms can be due to thyroid abnormality. Prolonged periods requires an ultrasound examination of the lower abdomen to be done. Weird sensation in head of crown requires a paracetamol course. If it does not reduce, further investigation will be required.
