Can Spitting Up Blood And Weird Taste In Mouth Be Attributed To Lacerated Liver ?

I have had diarhrea for the for last few months, lower back pain and pain on my right side below my rib cage. I fell in September and broke two ribs and they said, @ ER, I had a lacerated liver. Tonight I came home from work and I was spitting up blood, just had a weird taste in my mouth. (Dec. 31st.). I do not have health insurance, so, I can't afford to run to Dr. or an ER again. I hope you can please help me?

hi, thanks for your query. get an ultra sound done. it could be liver abscess and spitting up blood is not because of laceration. hope this is helpful.
