Can Stabbing Sensation In Vagina With Bleeding While Urinating Be A Sign Of An Infection?

I had a surgical termination Friday before last. I had sex yesterday as I had stopped bleeding. Last night I thought my dinner made me feel yuck and I got really crampy but now today when I go toilet I have really sharp pains all up my vagina. But it s not while I m peeing its after my bladder is empty it feels like someone is stabbing a knife into me. There is a pale red blood that comes out. I am in so much pain and afraid to go to the toilet as the pain carries on. Is this an infection ?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have perenial infection, may be at the time of the surgery, or after wards.
It also can be due to the urinary tract infection, or stone in the ureter.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole150, cifixime 200, ornidazole, and mefenamic acid, and dicyclomine hydrochloride.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
