please confirm your age and sex, for viral infections, most of them presents with flue like symptoms like runny nose and watery eyes, but u can have stomach ache with that too.we look for body aches and low grade fever.....from what you have told me, i think u may have gastric ulcer or gastritis...but need more details. like fever, muscle aches, pain at back of eyes, weight loss, try antacid and let me know if your problem get better. i will tell u a better solution after proper diagnosis..thanks
