Can Stomach Flu Cause Fever?

Can you have a fever with food poisoning. Our daughters boyfriend is here visiting for the holiday and he developed severe vomiting last night several hours after eating a chicken sandwich at a convenience store. He now has a fever of 101. so we are trying to figure out if he has food poisoning or a virus.

yes u can have fever with food poisoning.she might have got some infection due tobfood she needs to take good diet and antibiotics for few days
