I took a very hard fall and landed directly on my stomach and hands. I felt the fall in my stomach if you know what I mean, it was a solid connection to the driveway. I am feeling a lot of discomfort now. It hurts to laught, it's like I have been doing situps all day long. I feel it through and through, from stomach to back. At times I can feel it in my sides. Could I be experiencing some sought of brusing?
