Can Stopping Letrozole Lead To Hot Flashes, Sleeplessness And Sore Muscles?

I have just stopped taking letrozole after 5 years. I had all the typical symptoms such as hot flushes, stiff joints, sore muscles and difficulty sleeping. It has been a week since my last 2.5 mg tablet and my body is feeling worse at the moment, is this a normal reaction to ceasing the drug?
