Can Stress And Anxiety Cause Nausea With Stomach Pain?

I ve been feeling really nauseous... I do have anxiety & depression, and I m not sure if that s the cause. I have been supper stressed and I normally get stomach pain when I m stressed which sometimes leads to nausea. My anxiety often triggers the sensation or act to vomit, but I don t at all.. This is really annoying and I hate this feeling. Is it stress and anxiety?
