I have been under a lot of stress for a long time started having anxiety heart palps left work last week went to the doctor did bloodwork and EKG every thing came back great haven t had any more for 5days they gave me Xanax taking 1/2 a pill every morning so far so good they also gave me Prozac to relieve anxiety took one last week made me feel to weird won t take anymore have worked out on weights and cardio for years physically I m in excellent shape I m 51 years old bench press 400 to500 pounds 6ft 2in 235lbs. I also hill five to ten miles above 5000 foot level I m very active the doctor I saw said he s pretty sure it s not afib so is it stress or do I simply need a vacation kind of confused should I see. A therapist hope you can help thanks
