Can Stress Cause Conditions To Warrant A Pacemaker In A Healthy Person?

I just came from my primary physician who informed me I need a pacemaker. He put me on stat with a cardiologist and I m now awaiting a phone call from him. I ve always been very healthy until the last year and a half due to an accident. Can stress cause conditions to warrant a pacemaker?

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Stress is unlikely to cause this
The most common cause is degenerative disease of the nerves of the heart (conduction system) / at times, damage by reduced blood supply and so on…

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
