Can Stress Cause Headache, Pain In Stomach And Green Stools?

My boyfriend has very bad stomach aches headaches and hes very tired. For the past two days his stools have been green. I'm concerned for him because his father just passed away but he always just had a couple teeth removed and the dentist fractured his jaw. I'm not sure what it could be and he has been like this for two weeks since his father has passed.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Green stool is sign of low food intake and abdomen pain could be due to empty stomach. Because of the shock he might not be eating anything; actually he has to come out of this condition. Ideally such case needs complete medical history elicitation, clinical examination and counselling.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
