yeah im 23 no health problems under stress school - finances - life however bout a month a go i went thru the ER because it hurt when i breathed in and im sure i was hyperventilating and was sent home and now it's doing it again, I dont wanna keep going into er all the time who should i go see and what's going on do you think?
Rapid breathing or hyperventilation is one of the symptoms of anxiety or panic disorder. Routine physical examination and investigation is must prior we stamp it as anxiety.
So 1st go for physician consultation and get evaluated.
