Can Stroke Reoccur After Treated It?

my father aged 66 has had a stroke to back of brain which caused memory loss, dizzyness, vomitting. He lost sensation in left part of body down and is now recovering. He has been put on drugs for dizzyness and vomitting to stop and warfeene to thin blood. Is this normal? and if he has another fall, can a stroke occur again?

I am not sure what do you mean by having another fall. Fall/trauma can induce stroke at times but is not necessary for a stroke to happen.
That being said, regarding the question of whether it can happen again, yes, unfortunately it can. We try to reduce that risk with drugs like Warfarin, but we can't totally eliminate it no matter how correct we are in our treatment, only reduce it.
