Can Sucking Breast Of Lactating Women Cause HIV?

Dear Doctor, I had sex with sex worker last at 23 dec 2010, i sucked her breast and some milk or body fluid goes inside the mouth and immediately i through outside and then i had vaginal sex with condom after a minute befor ejaculation i pulled out my penis out i saw a fair amount of blood on condom, i noticed that there is no blood on head of penis then i washed out my penis, after two days i have cold, nausea, fever and mild sore throat and then second week i have pain in chest and left arm and then in fourth week i have joint pain, muscle pain, bodyache etc.. I have also tested ECLIA test at 14 Day and 27 day both are negetive but my symtomps going on i have skin rash and joint pain in fifth week. I m very scared and worried..... Am i risk of hiv, please tell me doctor breast sucking of lactating women is also the cause of hiv and when i get the next test?

Breast sucking can lead to Hiv transmission but only when that woman has already Hiv.

Elisa within 1 month has no role it has many false negative results.

Early test which can detect Hiv are p24 antigen and HIV DNA PCR study. Which can detect HIV in a month.

so if require then go for further testing.

Avoid such high risk.
Be safe.
