I woke up this morning with the room spinning and strong nausea. Any idea of what this can be? Very similar to hang over only I had not consumed alcohol. I had sushi around 4 pm the night before and tea at a place that had the milk sitting out for its clients. I m thinking it was that milk that gave me food poisoning. Is this likely even if I didn t have diarrhea? Could not find my thermometer so not sure if I had a temp or not. The dizziness is the worst going from sitting to standing vice verses and nausea increases then as well.
