Can Sunburn Cause The Skin To Breakout?

I was just wondering if sunburn can cause the skin to break out. my face got really burnt this weekend, and now I have little small bumps all over from my forehead to my chin and even on my neck. but my shoulders and back are also burnt but no bumps are on them

Hi,

As per your query yes, sunburn can lead to skin breakout. Your skin got exposed to UV rays of sun excessively.

I would suggest you avoid sun exposure as much as you can. If you have to go outside cover your skin with a cloth. Tan Care a medicated cream you should use it on a daily basis to get immediate relief. Use metarub to avoid purple pigmentation. You can use tea tree oil or apple cedar vinegar dipped in a cotton swab and apply two times daily for 10-15 minute that will fasten healing. Keep the area clean and dust free. Your symptoms will start resolving in 1 week. If your symptoms keep on persisting you should visit a dermatologist once and get a complete examination done. Start treatment after a thorough examination.
