Can Supplements Be Taken Along With Acitrom?

Sir my mother is taking acitrom 4 m.g for the last 3 years, as she had some thrombus problem in her left hand all of sudden lead to a surgery. Doctor adviced to take that anticongluent contineously but now a days she is geeting some animic problems, Headaches and some dizzyness and my uncle last week suggested some suppliments from amway along with acitrom i.e siberian ginseng, Omega fish oil pills etc. Kindly advice can she take both togather or is there any other way to stop acitrom tablet... Your reply could help me to suggest my mother to cont... suppliments. Thanks,

Acitrom tablet contains 'Acenocoumarol' as an active ingredient.
It works by inhibiting the formation of blood clots.
Supplements to treat or prevent anaemia can be taken together as the supplements suggested are natural and there is no adverse interaction noted with them.
Kindly continue the intake of medication along with supplements as advised and do the necessary follow-up with your doctor as suggested.
