Can Surgery Cure Tilt In Cornea?

My daughter is 3 years old. She has got cylindrical power of 3 n 3.5 in RE n LE respectively. Doc said her cornea is tilted. Specs are the only solution. I want to know whether it can b cured by surgery or any thing. What I should a add to her diet so the power doesn t increase....plz suggest
