Can Surgery Fix Limping Due To Muscle Weakness Because Of Polio?
I have polio in my right leg below knee since I was 3 years old. Now I am 35.I have a week calf and muscles and I have a limp in walking. The leg length is uniform the limp is becuase of muscle weakness particularly in the ankle area. Can surgery fix this ?
There are some procedures available for pollio but it should be done by experts only and it can not be guaranteed if that procedure will always be effective so we have to plan accordingly.
