Can Surgery For Repairing Torn Tendons Remove Bursitis?

hi, I was told that I need a surgery for a full tear, 3.3cm of the supraspinatus tendon. I also have a 2 cm full tear of the infraspinatus tendon. I also have a tear of the superior distal insertional fibers of the subscapularis tendon. I also have large subcoracoid bursitis with 1.5 cm loose. body. I was given ultrasound treatment for the bursitis by my physical therapist, which does not help. Is it possible to have a surgery to repair the tendons and remove the bursitis at the same time? I would greatly appreciate your answer
