I think you don't need to worry about this particular contact.
Firstly, the sexual encounter was a protected one and therefore safe.
Secondly, in this particular scenario not a lot of vaginal fluids would have possibly come into contact with
Oral mucosa.
Also, if the oral mucosa is intact i.e there are no sores or breaks in the mucosa, there are negligible chances of Hiv through this particular route.
Moreover, saliva has anti Hiv properties too.
However, I would still suggest you to get tested for HIV just to clear the thought out of your mind. Screening for HIV can be earliest at 1 month and that has to be repeated again after 3 months.
Moreover protected peno-vaginal sex is not a guarantee against all STD's apart from HIV,
syphilis,
gonorrhea and chlamydia. Warts,
molluscum and
genital herpes can still be acquired.
Therefore if you notice any growth or bumps or erosions, you must get it checked with a specialist.
