Can Switch To A Generic Brand After Using Cymbalta Cause Increased Arthritis Pain?
I have been taking Cymbalta for 6 years. At first it was for depression and also nerve pain in my arm. I found that it helped with my arthritis so I continued to take it. They have put me on the generic brand. I am have a lot of Arthritis pain lately could the pills be a little different than the first ones? Sorry didn t realize this cost. 15. will pay some on my co-pay so I ll go to the doctor. Thank you.

I would suggest you to consult again for your joint pains as you state. A diagnosis for arthritis can be done by undergoing blood arthritis profile and after identifying the cause specific drugs may be given , so ask your doctor if this test shall be useful.
generic meds. have similar action, but if your pain or arthritis has increased then additional cause should be looked for if your doc. thinks proper
