Can Symptoms Like Breathlessness, Tight Throat, And Dizziness Be Related To Pneumonia?

Hi, my name is kayla im 18 years old around 2 years ago i was in hospital for about two weeks because of an allergic reaction whilst i was in hospital i managed to get pneumonia half of my left lung filled up with water. Now im not sure if this would have anything to do with the symptoms that are accuring at the moment. Symptoms:Breathlessness, tight throat and chest, fatigue, dizziness. Could you help me out?

I really appreciate your concern, if the chest disease was treated successfully then it is not the symptoms related with old disease, but it could be something else it may be due to allergic condition again or it may be viral infection just wait for some time and it will be fine soon hope this information helps.
