Three hrs ago I had heart surgery for a torn valve which went well. I recently had my annual echo test and my dr. Said I had a sluggish heart. I have been on 3.125mg of Coreg each am and pm since surgery. My dr. Changed it to 6.25mg am and pm. He sid if my blood pressure got below 110 to not take thre 6.25. Before starting it this am I took my blood pressure and it was 124/73. I took the new dose. Took my blood pressure 3 hrs later and it was111/68. Don t know if I should take another 6.25 tonight?B
