I went through your details. Buspar is good for anxiety and if your psychiatrist prescribed it, you should take them, because he knows your condition better than anybody here, online. Secondly, you should work with your psychiatrist and trust him for a cure. Thirdly, medicine alone cannot completely cure your problem. You should exercise. Consult a psychologist for psychotherapy and meditation. Keep negative thinking at bay and work in your job and be busy. All these things together will surely bring cure.
