Can Taking Crinon Causes Sore Breast?

Hi I am 8 day after ET I have very sore breast at some parts of the day and others seem fine. I did a HPT that I was told NOT to and results were NEG. Other than that I have not has any other symptoms. I am on the Crinon 3 times a day could this be the cause?

Hi,

Crinone contains progesterone which is a natural female sex hormone. It is used to treat hormonal imbalance leading to menstruation and pregnancy related issues. It is used to regulate ovulation and menstruation. This medication helps to prepare the uterus for pregnancy by causing the uterus lining to thicken. This increases the chance of a successful pregnancy. This medication can cause breast tenderness and enlargement.

Other side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation, stomach pain, GIT upset, indigestion, fatigue, changes in sleep pattern, mood swings, depression, acnes, irregular uterine bleeding, facial hair growth, tiredness, weakness, changes in sexual drive, delayed wound healing, vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, headache, sweating, changes in the taste, dry mouth, easily bruising or bleeding, difficulty in micturition, hot flushes, allergic reactions etc. If any of side effects persists for long or bother you, then you should consult your doctor promptly for medical attention.
