Can Taking Cymbalta Cause Severe Diarrhea?
My Neurologists has given me a prescription for 30 mg of Cymbalta daily for my nerve pain to take along with the max of 3600 mg of Gabapentin that I am taking daily. I have gastrointestinal issues lately, experiencing diarrhea with everything passing through me which so far has only been found to be Irritable Bowel Syndrome. My Gastro doctor is still doing tests. I m concerned about the side effects of Cymbalta, particularly potentially possibly making my diarrhea worse?

I really appreciate your concern, the medicine that is being given to you by neurologist (Cymbalta) may not be having any side effect even if you have a symptoms of diarrhea and it creates doubt then it is no problem if you can stop taking this till the diarrhea cured hope this information helps.
