Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic

I went through the history and it seems you are having headache following a injury.
Excerdin is a analgesic drug and it can be taken for headache. But if you have any symptoms of head injury like bleeding from nose, vomiting, nausea... you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly depending on the underlying cause.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Hope this is helpful yo you.

Thank you
